“The X runs Series 60 version 1.2s atop Symbian OS 6.0. Comparatively, the Nokia 6600 runs atop newer software , but one would be hard pressed to tell the difference as the X boasts support for just about every word in the acronym soup in which mobile devices bathe, including support for a vast range of audio and video formats. The pre-release version infoSync gained access to did exhibit odd behavior at times, but not only was it a pre-release version but also running trace software for debugging processes. Primed for customization, the display offers an extra 12 pixels at the top which at all times display system indicators for new messages, signal reception, battery level and more.”

Looks can be deceiving sometimes. From the review, I think it is more advanced than most of Nokia’s around, honestly why people would just buy a Nokia phone or Smarphone! Is it the brand name or what! Well I know I went off-topic but people have to realize and not to be fooled by Nokia anymore. Razz

Alman, Did you read that Nokia is loosing market share! Long time ago they captured the market, but that is history, it is now the time for Samsung and Sony Ericsson, including smartphones.

Their mobile phones are bulky, and they are unstable, I have tried a lot of their products and I always go back to SE T68i. And now I have the new T610 and I loving it. A small phone which bonds perfectly with my iPAQ. Nokia always having compatibility problems, I cannot use any IR or BT doungle, it has to be Nokia compatible. My friends are returning them every now and then for reinstalling the OS. They complain about many issues such as it frequently hangs, suddenly it is muted, it is bulky, it disconnects, etc…
