As some of the Honourable members of this forum know i have been stacked with the P990i for 2 weeks now, have tried the firmware update for the device and this is what happened when i click on the update service in the sonyericsson pc suite 1)UPDATE YOUR PHONE AND GET LATEST SOFTWARE and when i click on START to update the phone software this will lead me to 2. TERMS OF USE, PLEASE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING and when i click on agree,it will take me back to the first option and so on and so on. It keeps taking me on circle. I have contacted sonyericsson so many times but to tell you what transpired will take me another post in this forum.NO HELP!

I have no anti virus on my computer, have disabled the firewall, have also delated the temporary internet files and also turn off pop up blocker. What next ? It will be good to mention that i am running Xp service pack 2 and also have downloaded and install Flash player and latest edition of java runtime and the device battery was charged to 85% .Please help.

Thanks honourable members of this wonderful forum. I have done it! I have updated the device software to the latest rom.How i did it , i honestly cannot say!but 3 things happened 1. My wife locked me out at night 2.I did not winked an eye yesterday night 3. I contacted anything sonyericsson but no help.
