"A panel aimed at helping disgruntled consumers settle disputes with retailers will be created in each emirate in a new resolution issued yesterday by the Minister of Economy, Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi.

A ‘Reconciliation Committee for the Settlement of Consumer-related Disputes’ will be set up in each emirate to investigate and settle disputes and complaints referred to them by the Ministry or local authorities in each of the emirates.
The committee will comprise of three members representing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Economic Development Department and the Municipality"
