Look on the bright side as most PDA have a 12 month life by the time you get it sorted it will be out of date and you can then get a decent PDA/Phone, get saving. Or better still with the new case trade it in ASAP.

The dealer is not going to give you an honest price, even for a relativly new phone and at the lower price it's easier to justify it's poor performance.

Too bad for UAE residents... Anyway, you have other items to buy at good prices (cars, fuel,...)
I guess it also depends where you buy your mobile I suppose : big store in a fancy mall or small store in the souks...
