I have one Qtek 2020, I am not able to switch it OFF permanently. When I take out battery its gose OFF but when I insert the battery again, it switch ON auotomatically, can any one let me know why it is switching ON by itself. And how can I switch it OFF permanently without removing battery.

Also when I am inserting batttery back, it switches ON itself, and all the applications start reloading. In the start it ask for alligning the screen & alter all the applications starts loading by itself. it happens whenever I am removing & putting back the battery. ITs very annoying, please help.
