It seems that there is differnce of ROM between I-Mate PDA2 and O2 XDAIIi, which are 64 & 128 respectively.

Its a typo. The guys at O2 have always known to make such mistakes. It is 64MB and not 128MB. There cannot be hardware difference as the OEM is ultimately HTC.
