Hi, i recently bought a HTC Touch Dual and wish to connect to the internet with it.

We have a post paid mobile sim. I just rang 101 and they were next to useless. I am very confused from the website. The lady said she would fax me the prices but again 2 hours later nothing has come through. What a waste of time.

We have some users here on blackberry phones here which are 295 unlimited per month. I was told because the HTC is not a blackberry we cant have that plan, and instead i would have to pay 495 for 1GB plan per month... seems a bit silly and couldnt i just subscribe to blackberry plan and use the GPRS unlimited plan with the right settings in the HTC?

Otherwise i will pay almost double for a limited package, also i want GPRS and not 3G (unless they are the same price) for the HTC as this will only be used to receive and sync to microsoft exchange.

Any advice on what plan to use, how to apply would be much appreciated. I did try 101 and the website is just plain confusing to be honest.

Hi, just found i can dial 125 for the data package but when i did that its only 3G.

Is GPRS cheaper or does it no longer exist? On the site it has 10GB for 460 which i guess isnt so bad.

Might just go with that unless anyone can recommend any cheaper GPRS options? As mentioned the Blackberry unlimited for 295 a month would be ideal but as i dont have a blackberry it may not be possible.

i have a Wasel and and still now on my HTC touch cant get my GPRS working

I have called Etisalat and they reocnfirm and reconfirm my GPRS is on and working

BUT they dont have settings to push on to my HTC

it sucks

can anyone help how do i get this sorted

i have tied every setting on this form mentioned but have failed
