I did not encounter this problem but I suggest you troubleshoot your device while it is on a default state after hard-reset and after carrying out network customization.

i hav exactly the same problem.
the only workaround is that u stay within the messaging program until u get a delivery report.

YES, you're right it's a programming bug from imate ! 100% that was the erason i was trying to find out if new RU get arounds this one,etc..

Hi Asrar, I tried both optios as I also have SPB Pocket Plus close button feature so for others who have the same problem here is what I have done;
1- SPB Pocket plus close button feature, you have to make an exception for tmail.exe
2- Click messaging. Tap on accounts in the tab below and then select accounts from the list.
Now tap on tex messages
Now just click Unicode off
I will monitor the phone reaction to these changes and will let you know...thanks again
