Steve - we still don't know the actual price of the Advantage yet, but I've seen it at $1200 US so far, with the expected price (according to a source here) to be almost $1100 US.

That pricing is within my budget. Now I just have to get one to see if it'll actually meet my needs as a PDA/phone. My other option right now if the Advantage doesn't do it for me for whatever reason, is the i-mate 7150 - if it ever materializes. Of course, if the HTC Shift were to come in around $1000 US, then that throws my plans all out of wack! naughty

Funny I though I did already Big Grin

Actually as secondary phone I think we can go for pure portability vs price. It does not need all the bells and whistlesas you will have this on your UMPC Smile

Any good mid range phone to suit your style IMO

WM6 choice is a bit limted yet but give it a couple of months

Else

There are many bargins to be had on older phones
eg V3I/SE M600I/Smart flip/V3X/P310 etc
