The new Toshiba Smartphone looks good with good build quality, this just from the pictures, we don’t have any clue if this device will be released in Dubai but we will investigate and update you soon. Check out the review by Pocket PC Italia! Yes it looks like most Pocket PC sites will be “shifting” to Smartphones and UMPCs in addition to Pocket PCs in the near future. You can use Google translation to read the page in English, or you may use a better translation tool of your own selection.

It is like Toshiba is making a comeback with two devices I was thinking they have exited the PDA/Smartphone market, anyway this is a first Smartphone, just like HP they need to do much more...
