Yes, and the worse thing is that i still wayting for a new device.
It took me since april to demostrate that my device was a faulty one.

It took me to pay twice for shipping it.

I will buy by the same total price two phones with better working result and the most important, with better support.

The i-teq own forum is abandon since begining of last month, no one from i-teq is answering the members questions, apart the propert helpers that try to give a hand to the others.

How i can stop my criticims if by now i only see promises and not facts???

You need to convince other users to write on a public blog or here as in the I-teq forum it's hidden from public.

We only see yours and Hutch's reps which to the casual outsider seems like a one man crusade.

Unless they big outside world here's about all the complaints they wont change IMO

I will try but, it looks to me like every one is saling his phone to avoid all the isues that they are having.

Some years ago, here in Spain, if the dictators said that the color was black, you also must to agree that it was black, or what ever color they will said.

But now, that we are part of the European Union, our country must to follow and improve the European and Spanish Laws, that mince that now you can RISE your voice on defense of your rights, and my/our goberment also give to us al the protection that they can, including new Laws that defense us against isues on telecomunication like this. That's why every time i am rising my voice, to demostrate every one that after spending a lot of money in a product, it must to be in a perfect working status, and the company that sale it to you, must to give you a propert support.

Our goberment has now a special particular department to watch all the isues that will hapen concerning mobile phones, internet, normal phone calls and every thing involving all comunication isues ( tv, radios, etc), and they are giving to us more than suggestions on what to do.

Sorry for this block, but some one will think that it is an interesting point of view.

Exactly the whole point of the net blogs is too voice your opinion freely.

Maybe it's not in the intrest of existing owners to make the general public aware as it will devalue thier PDA's if they intend to sell rather than force I-Teq to put right.

Well, as i told you before, in case that i will think on sale it, the device should be on perfect working estatus. If other people is saling his phone because of malfuntion, they aren't honest enought.
