If nothing works out, think of it as a nightmare and just move on. Its quite obvious that no one around here is EVER going to buy an i-teq product again.

No sense stressing yourself out over a piece of metal (agreed that a considerable amount of money was spent on it but it isn't worth all the mental agony Wink )

You are totaly right, but if i can avoid other to fail on the same hole, i will do it, and in the mean time i claim my phone.

i can totally agree an the above posts.
sending iteq emails has no use.

i have put my iteq aside and are using my other ppc phones now. it seemed like a perfect phone but unfortunately it is not.

after a 3 week holiday i now have new strength and will call my lawyer this week to find out what he can do for me internationally.
if the outcome is positive i will let you know.

I am from mongolia. i have Gigabyte G-Smart i. it was chinese WM version when i purchase. i dont know any chinese. then ubiquio 401 WWE version download and updating. But i press reset button when not finished updating progress. now my PDA is not turn on. please help me how to fix and find G-Smart i ROM. my phone is from taiwan and IMEA number is cant work iteqonline.com Regards Amarsaikhan

I was actually gonna get the X-BOND... but obv. u all dont recommend it...I had I-mate Jamin, was ok but really slow, it was stolen 2 months after i bought it!! now im looking for a ppc to buy...would rather have good processor speed (better than jamin) and would prefer to have keyboard +WIFI

Can you please make any suggestions.
