i have put my iteq aside and are using my other ppc phones now. it seemed like a perfect phone but unfortunately it is not.
after a 3 week holiday i now have new strength and will call my lawyer this week to find out what he can do for me internationally. if the outcome is positive i will let you know.
Hi Hutch, It is there any update about your lawyer findings?

my lawyer wil have to spend several hours on this and has to write some letters, the total cost of this would greatly exceed the cost of another phone.
so i will win and lose at the same time. for now i have taken my loss and have given the device to my brother.
Well, these are the same words that i heard from mine also, but i allready replaced it on warranty by a new one received from i-teq and as you know it is working the same way, bad as usual. Gigabyte/i-teq is going to be very famous in the future...
