Whether this was a badly calculated move or something else, is unknown.

I've had 3 HP devices (always skipped the Compaq ones) and apart from Psion they were there in the lead for a few years. I think the focus went off PDA when the mobilephones really kicked in for the masses (who wanted to carry 2 devices) and that 1 or 2 year lapse/downturn allowed the competion to come in with PDA's with Sim cards built in.

I know the HP 6800 is expected to be released in April but anyone got any telltale signs of the release getting delayed?

I've put off purchase of the M600 owing to the impending release of the 6800.
