Hello Mohammed, maybe you can help me. I recently bought a PDA Device at a trade fair and afterwards the seller was untraceable, meaning I can't find any support for it. It's branded MOBILEXP but seems to be a CLONE of the I-Mate Jama model. Inside it's marked "engineering sample P30-PR1" and has WM6 not WM5 OS. Apart from being v.disappointed at the spec (I may have been hoodwinked), I now have all sorts of problems with it including the GSM Radio function not working, touchscreen not working and so forth. I want to perform a hard reset, can you let me know what the key press sequence is? I can't do a hard reset from within the OS as the input keyboard doesn't appear, presumably because the toucshcreen function is buggy.
