looks like the price dropped or something... currently expansys is selling it for 1210 Canadian, thats 3700 somethign dirham... not bad for an intro price.... after all it is expansys... pda 2k was for that price on expansys when it first came out

As per the Expansys UK website estimated availability within 8 days for i-mate jasjar. I am surprised why there is no wording from i-mate for the Middile east market availiaility !! Isn't it i-mate is focused in Middle east market? Correct me if i am wrong? Can anybody please put some light on it??

either expansys will keep changing the date or imate will be released in dubai in a couple of days... even b4 gitex...

does anyone know if pda2k came out b4 gitex last year, the first time i saw it was in gitex launch itself...

The most confusing thing is that expansys uk is actually selling i-mate JASJAR promising delivery in 7 days at £659.95 (561.66 exc.VAT) and at the same time accepts pre-orders for Qtek 900 (which is HTC universal) at £744.95 (634.00 exc. VAT). I checked the specs one by one and the two PDAs are IDENTICAL!

Come on!!! I know somebody in this forum must know the explanation. Some of us also have good contact in I-Mate. I am requesting Moderator to put some light on it!

Imate JASJAR will only be available GITEX onwards WORLDWIDE. Expansys is pulling of the shenanigan it is used to since the last few years. They make people pre-order and then keep pushing the date ahead and ahead till they actually have them in stock. Stupid trick IMO.

P.S. According to "some" sources, the JASJAR may be available as late as November due to certain issues that need to be ironed out. But then again, i highly doubt it.

what price do u think the jasjar will be when its launched in october????
