This is a wonderful community with great passion for technology. And the “Technology” is the only subject we discuss and we unite as a community that cares for each other helps each other and as a result (one way or the other) it makes our life better. The keywords here: “Community Spirit” which is the foundation of the site when it was first launched back in November 2003 and lives until today!

What makes Pocket PC Dubai a greater place to visit is your opinions and thoughts. All major vendors (including i-mate) visit the site and read your comments! During Gitex 2005 I shortly met with Nadine Salem (i-Mate Marketing Manager) and the first thing she said is that: the community didn’t like the Jasjar in the beginning. I said: is it because of the name? Then she started explaining what does it mean and she generously invited me and my fellow Editors to join the conferences and take a look at i-Mate events and happenings. Docc reported that every person on i-Mate stand already checked our Jasjar review (which was our recent article during Gitex).

In addition to i-Mate there are other frequent visitors such as HP Middle East and Everex. Also many accessory manufacturers, software developers and major business organizations are contacting me and they check the comments on the site.

I would like to thank everyone who come and visit Pocket PC Dubai. This is an international site and it is for “everyone”

There is another important element I would like to mention which is our consistency on the web. AlhamdulilAllah we never encountered fatal errors or long offline periods there is only the usual maintenance which is hardly a few hours operation.
