Clove Technology just recently published a rumor that i-mate is canceling three of their most interesting devices in the Ultimate line, read here!

If you visit the Ultimate line official site you will still see the devices are listed here. However, i-mate is getting too much bad press and too much resentment from everyone, I donno how i-mate will bounce back from this trouble. More delay means they become less “Ultimate” day after day!



UPDATE: i-mate Says NO!

As per Mobile-Gadgeteer: "i-mate announced several new devices that would be coming in 2007 back in February and many sites are now reporting that three of the five models may have been canceled. I just confirmed with my i-mate source that this news is not true, was based on a resellers information, and that there are actually six Ultimate devices scheduled for release. The current plan is to launch 4 at GITEX and the other 2 in early 2008. There was no news on pricing or availability so we will still have to wait to see when and where these devices show up."
