"Are you looking for an ultra design and ultra fast USB key? Well, the new Elecom 8GB (MF-KU2 and MF-AU2) USB keys weight 9 and 12g and transfer data at 25MB/s." Source.

We are not drifting away form our main topic, but this is another potential accessory for your UMPC or even PDA if it has USB host and the right drivers that is. Wink

Most good phones/PDA's will also act like a USB flash.

So as we expect to have a seperate small phone with a UMPC this should be a priority, may be

Emmmmmm are we talking cross purposes here most phones/PDA's with mini usb will allow you to switch between synch mode and file tranfer.

When in tranfer mode they act like a usb flash

Well motoVX/smartflip/P990i do and I thought there was a utility for WM5 too

SteveJ,

The is valid if you look at the latest O2 device, they come with built-in 1G and 2GB flash memory

1GB ROM Atom Life: http://www.seeo2.com/product/XdaAtomLife/template/XdaAtomLifeProductInfo.vm

Another one we have mentinoed in this rumor which comes with 2GB flash ROM "Apolo": http://pocketpcdubai.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/6956...091071661#2091071661 (O2 went crazy over this so info was removed!)
