Just wondering if there is anyway to swap memory cards and retain all the programs already installed on the pocket pc
(I generally install all programs on the sd card)

Only programs stored on the Non-Volatile Storage memory are retained even in cases of a hard-boot.

Removing a memory card and expecting to run the programs on it is pretty much like removing ur hard drive and being able to use the programs that were there on it....In simple words, Its jus not possible.
