kivnac,

Welcome to PPCD.

BTW, the 6715 is again a 3.0" screen from HP - which means 240 x 240 resolution screen, where you cant see much details as in K-JAm / other regular PDAs.. Hope you can think twice before you make a hit on this device.

Absolutely ture, 240 X 240 sucks Puke Irrespective of their specifications, don't ever think about a 240 X 240. When you visit a software web sites, you wish there was a special sections for idiots who bought 240 X 240, unfortunately I was one of them. I bought one for my brother and every game that I have doesn't work with him. Only major(none game) software supports 240 X 240. Save yourself before being trapped.

actualling i'm waiting for the 6715 too. I don't think 240x240 is such a big deal. A lot of new phones are coming out with this type of resolution (tre 700w, motorola Q) and software developers are sure to respond. Overall I think hp 6715 will be a better phone specially because of the form factor as it will be easier to use as a phone (which is the main function for many people and used most of the time)not to mention extra features like GPS

Don't look at any feature since it is a 240 X 240. Only major developers will support this resolution. It is a Razz screen. Big mistake. Don't don't don't. If you want a PDA + Phone + GPS, wait for the Mio A701 which is scheduled to be lanuched this December.

-but pda2k uses win2003... isn't it necessary to buy a new device which uses win5.0 (rom storage, new added functions...)

-do u really suggest me to buy an old device (pda2k) instead of k-jam or 3.0"hp6715?

Ok, I suggested PDA2k - as it was / is a stable one. YOu can run WM5 in it

You can go for a K-JAM / JasJar - the new WM5 device which is really good one Smile
