I know dubai is duty free, does that mean I can order something from dubai and have it shipped to hyderabad, india with out paying duty in india?

I am confused about this, as india does not have no good technology, or up to date technology, I know times are changing. I am trying to prevent buying something at double the cost, or paying duty on something that is worth more than the actual product in question.
