It appears that the HP iPAQ h6300 that we saw a few weeks ago may not be real. In an odd twist of fate, the pictures we saw may have only been of a test unit that was not intended for mass production.

OK we saw the pictures.Problem this device was a testing device. I am sorry to say that this device will not make it to the consumer market.Also we have notified pocket pc italia to remove their pics and story. We will not release any pda with gsm anytime soon. Sorry.

We have not yet been able to substantiate this claim, but the link we had to PPC Italia is down. If this rumor is true, this is a big blow to a lot of potential buyers. Even with an expected price tag over $750, there seemed to be no shortage of people interesting in owning this do-it-all device.

Of course the other explanation for PPC Italia removing the link could be that in fact the pictures they posted were real. We've been subject to those requests before as well, so don't rule out the possibility that the h6300 is exactly as they specified.

Yeah I've read what you guys have posted earlier, but here in states no one confirmed yet though I really can't wait, specially when it's going to be my first PDA (means I don't have a PDA now.)
