This is the first real picture of the highly anticipated iPAQ h6xxx series announced by pocketpcitalia. We talked about this device in this thread, as you know that this amazing Pocket PC will include all wireless standards currently available included Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition, 64 MB RAM and 64MB ROM, 3.5inch Transflective Display, SDIO, GSM/GPRS Quad Band (850/900/1800/1900), Bluetooth, Wifi, Removable Lithium Ion 1800mAh Battery, IrDA and USB Shocked, removable flip cover, and it comes with TI processor which makes us believe that this device is based on WANDA reference design. I donno why they didn’t mention a built in camera, it is possible that this devices come with two versions, maybe one is without a camera.

This device also is fairly small it measures 11.7 cm x 7.4 cm x 1.8 cm almost the same size of the iPAQ h2210. I also noticed that TI processor supports 3G networks as well. Now I am getting even more excited about this device. There is a nice write-up by Marc from iPAQabilities you must check it out, click here.

Availability is another issue, is it rumored that this devise will be available in the summer of 2004 instead of second quarter of this year. Personally I don’t expect it to be delayed any longer, it is expected to be released initially in North America, however you can still preorder, I know I will Drool
