No need to hard-reset the device. First remove the device from the cradle. Just open MS Activesync on the desktop and go to File>Delete Mobile device.

Now place the device on the cradle again. Again, the partnership wizard will begin, this time choose "GUEST".

Now double click on the installer and you are good to go. Just be patient as the process takes about 10 minutes

Docc brother ive done what u said , but its been around 20 minutes and still not complete , and there isnt any indication that updation is going on . Plus all im getting is "Checking Information On your device " . so what should i do ??? should i get it off or what ! Help

P.S the device is still in cradle . i have no way of knowing if the process is going on , cause no sign is showing on device or my pc

You cannot use the same procedure Halakatevas. Its a little more complicated as you will get a countryID error. You will need a file called MAupgradeit.exe which can be found on xda-developers to bypass the countryID error.

Please be aware, that in the process your device might get bricked! It doesn't happen to everyone, but there have been a few cases that have reported this.

This is the first time I know how to make a HARD reset..

But i have a question can I use Any mini USB cable to connect to my pc (and recharge my jasjar) OR should i use the one bundled with the Jasjar bocx?
