What about the Imate SP3? I heard people are paying AED 3,000 in advance for preorders. The UK price for the C500 doesn't exceed AED 1,800 if converted, so why these high prices in the Middle East???!!

Mohd, I think you are better qualified to answere this. All I can tell you is that, if Apple has the softwares you wish to run and you can afford it, then they are FANTASTIC machine. I believe most people dont use Apple computers because of price or not knowing them.
