I never had a PDA before. just be used to have NOKIA mobiles.
Can you give my some suggestion about it? which one should i buy? Imate, HP...
My budget is about 1500dhs-2500dhs.

Hi Geraint, this subject has been discussed in detail in this and other forums. Basically you have to decide what features are important for you, before you can decide on a PDA. Some features that you might wanna think about are:

1) Processor speed, for running applications such as GPS, Skype, etc
2) Wifi access
3) Availability of keyboard
4) Compatibility with previously owned removable media, such as memory sticks, SD cards, etc.

**I have a 256MB RSmmc memory stick for Nokia 7610 and one removable hard disk 60G for my laptop. Can they both to be used in a PDA?

It may be over your budget but you are not going get it all at 2500 sobs and your memory stick is almost worthless and small by todays standards, so don't worry about it

Like most of the up and comming releases they will be fully featured (convergence) with GPS etc and hard drive support I hope.

TyTn should be price around AED 3000-3400 if i am not mistaken. Anything lower would just mean that the janitor at i-mate was given the job to price the device

Its the FIRST almost future-proof device and i wouldn't be surprised if they would wan't to price it rather high.

If someone has the patience and doesn't mind giving up the keyboard, then the Trinity would be the next device to look forward to as it has all the specs of Hermes PLUS GPS!!! And i am not talking about A-GPS, rather full-fledged regular GPS! It looks like the JAM, but only cooler
