I would like to buy a PDA / mobile phone. I wish I have the following features in it...

Windows Mobile 2003 - OS
TriBand GSM
GPRS
InfraRed
BlueTooth
MS Applications

Other non-important features include
GPS
Games

Any suggestions, pls help

After a long battle with minds... I was almost close to chose one... but not close enough.

What would u recommend iMate JAM or iMate PDA2k..

I would like to make this phone more of experimental towards my .NET applications

pda2K

1.has larger screen ( guess less botheration for eyes)
2.keyboard builtin incase you require it, even if its one off!
3.Wi-Fi again available and and when required on the fly
4.Only things you lose out on is no 1.3 MP camera + compactness

Camera - I have one seperate from Sony.. so no probs
Compacness - more it is wide... better 4 me

Just a question... does it have Bluetooth, GSM module built in or can v plug it in later??

pda2K has bluetooth plsu a GSM phone ofocurse plsu GPRS everyhtin u need at one go, even WiFi

JAM has no Wifi on it , BUT you can add it later thugh its liek a card sticking out

Jus go n buy the PDA2k. Thats what u need. If u need a fast processor as in ur are goin to develope datacentric applications then the PDA2 will be the right choice for u.

If u dont wanna waste money and jus experiment around, then u can save money buy buyin a 2nd hand Imate PPC. There are tonnes of them going around for Dhs.1000-1500.
