Need Help!

My Imate Pocket PC is always on the mute mode. Tried already to hard reset but problem persist.

Can hear the phone rings but cant hear my caller.

anybody knows how to fix this problem?

Do you have any 3rd party call-managers installed? Even after a clean hard-reset, the problem persists?

Try re-installing the ROM if possible. If that also does not help, then its definitely a hardware problem.

When you tap the speaker icon on the today screen what's the position of the two sliders?

Just like Docc said, re install the ROM from i-mate site
