I have a problem with my imate kjam.

A few days ago it started to restart contionously no matter what i did. Ultimately i got a new battery which worked for a bit than the same started to happen. I gave it to a local service shop where they reinstalled everything and gave it back to me. it worked without the sim for a while, i put in the sim, it worked for a few hours and the restarting started again.

At this point I tried to switch it on without the sim, which works fine. I tried an alternative sim of another service provider, it worked fine. I put in my old sim it started to restart again. I figured the problem must be my sim.

Only today, the "other" sim was in the pda and the same restarting issue started again.

What might be the problem? Should i update the rom? Would that help? Is there a possibility that the sim might have been corrupt and even after i reinstalled everything and put the sim back again it caused issues in the PDA again? What do you recommend? Thank you!
