I had my K-Jam for 3 months and I love that little thing, it does all what I need and do it perfectly also I am very satisfied with the performance. I have one problem; the painting of the black plastic part in the middle of the k-jam (if looking from the side) started to peel off (scratch) I didnt drop my pda even one time.. Is this normal from usage? (I noticed that this happens most in the place that I place my fingers on when holding the phone to make a call) does anyone of you have this problem???

I am very sensitive regarding scratches; I HATE THEM...please tell me that it is normal..waiting for your responses Thanks very much

I have the same problem also and i hate that scratches .
i think it from the material of the paint or plastec

I think it depends on the quality of the materials used, in this case I guess it is low quality.... very bad to pay all this money for a low quality materials. Anyone else have the same problem?

Well, there really isn't much you can do about it. These thing happens with ware n tare. Perhaps the materials used weren't of the better quality. If you are really particular about it, you could always get the housing replaced, but there is no guarantee that the same problem would not happen again.

lol, yes I canj get the housing replaced..but I will pay a fortune and then it will happen again!!. I dont like it, but I can live with it, only if it is a general problem i.e. product problem. Just wanted to make sure that I didnt do anything stupid that caused this to happen
