Okay Docc/Steve, what do reckon between the P990 and the i-teq Bond, any chance you can give me your two cents worth on the pros and cons of one versus the other?

Many thanks,
Alan

I don't think it fair to compair

SE9 series are quality buisness PDA/Phones and so is the price

The Bond is pushing whats available in a small cheaper package with some compromise on build quality

If your a professional and need to rely on your PDA you probably would not look at the Bond if you want value for money and don't mind fiddling around then the Bond is attractive.

Thanks Steve,

I am getting a little frustrated waiting for the 990 to be released. Given the following criteria what phone(s) would you recommend today?

1. Call quality/signal strength
2. Battery life
3. Call records
4. Contact records
5. One handed operation (I want a jog dial)!!
6. 2 MP Camera

Best interested in your opinion.

Docc, any thoughts?

Cheers,
Alan

When it come to jog dial your limited I'm afraid even the new 990 I understand will only be 3 way not 5 like we were use to.

Personally I use a little Moto V3x when not lugging around my JJ as it's no hand operation with it's clever voice dialing, trans flash mem and easy handles contacts/call records and there is plenty of Java apps around to bridge the gaps of most holes when comparing it to a full PDA. It's not as good on scheduling and appointments but handels it well enough via outlook.

It's cheap enough as a stop gap till your 990 comes out and a good second/back-up phone plus BT stereo and 2MP

Have a look I think you will enjoy it's simplicity.
