Dear Sir,

I have an E500 Pocket PC that I bought it from the city center of Dubai (Carrefour)and it does not work any more. It has 1 year warranty and I want to know where is the guarantee center so that I can bring it there in order of repair. It goes on vibration as soon as I put the battery in and nothing appears on the screen. Thanks much in advance.

Have you checked with Carrefour first before going to repair centre ??

Hi Amir,

I have a similar device with a similar problem. It works fine if in the cradle.
Also, the network connectivity is very bad.

Carrefour people dont know a s***t about this. They agree to every feature that you ask for. I asked them "can this work as a modem" They say yes. Infact, it does not it works the other way round.

If you ever find the contact address of the repair centre, please post, I would want to throw it back on their face even if they refuse a refund
