Enter The Correct Serial No. & IMEI No. which is in your Device

i think
1) i enter the worng codes: please help me to find correct them

Hi pi3ch,

What is the method you are using to obtain your IMEI number? It will be there on your box, in the "device information" tab in "settings" or you can press *#06# followed by call on the phone dialpad to get the number.

Is there any chance this is a second hand device?

If you are unable to register, then i suggest you email everex and let them get back to you with a solution.

i find IMEI on my gurantee card but there are another numbers on it which of them is Serial number?
IMEI is like: xxxx-xxx and so ..
what is the serial number look like?

is there another way exclude everx club for updating?
is it possible to upgrade win2003 to win2005 on E500?

I suggest your email Club Everex and ask them a solution for your problem. They can perhaps give you an alternative to this.

Ok, lets get this straight. You are using the IMEI number to register an account but are unable to? Keep emailing them, sometime emails can directly go to junk folders due to softwares such as Norton Anti-Spam.

yes i am using IMEI and serial number but i am unable to register as said before.
i send two emais before and one now to inform about it, i sent emails to everx club support team.

in first email i send the error message then they ask me for IMEI and Serial number, after that they didn't answer me. after 1 week i send email again i didn't give answer until now that i send my thrid email.
