Hi Pedi, sorry I just read your questions. I had a bad device which Everex replaced. The new device is better but still not good. Personally I regret buying the e500 but I am stuck with it. I think it depends how how tolerant you are. I am a businessman and really need to depend on my PDA/phone. Unfortunately I cannot truct the e500. The communication is ok but nowhere near Nokia, etc. However, if you are a student or don't have a critical schedule or communications requirements you might be okay with it as the price is evidently one of the lower on the market. Want to buy mine?? smile
