I bought my E500 from Plug ins Marina Mall Abu Dhabi in December 2004 it lasted around 21/2 months now it just sits there at the boot screen i have tried hard and soft reboots to no avail. I called Everex who said they would get back to me and i am still waiting over two weeks has gone by. Any help would be gratefully recieved.OK this isn't the most expensive item on the market but i feel let down by aftersales service

This is a crappy Pocket PC Phone. Sorry to say that but quality issue proved to be nothing but crappy! Try to pressure the supplier and contact Plug Ins instead because they should take this matter since it is a manufacturer’s defect.

Why don't you come to Dubai and try their service center in Bur Dubai, in Khalij center, above CHoitram supermarket...

Most probably they'll re-install the software again...

That doesn't mean the everex is not an expensive piece of junk, sad but true....
