Hello everybody... my wife bought the Eten Glofish M700 and it's an amazing phone except for one minor recurring problem. Every time she soft-resets the device all her email accounts disappear from the Inbox. The accounts are there because when I attempt to create the accounts again I get a message saying that the account exists already, but the account does not appear anywhere and I cannot get to it. Furthermore, the Today screen show unread emails but when clicked on them the emails still don't show up.

What's most frustrating is that I performed a couple of hard-resets and still the problem continued to happen. Any suggestions guys? Thanks...

Obivious one, what happens if you create an account with a different name ?? but same settings

Have you used the option to store emails on mem card ?? if so delete this before you re try

Finally dont hard reset reload rom as if it was a ROM upgrade
